Q1. What are your delivery times?
Next-day delivery is available if you order by 4 PM. (Exclusions apply)
Q2. Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes — order by 4 PM for next-day delivery.
Excludes Pillbook, Fridges, Bespoke PMR Labels, Christmas, Cabinets & Trolleys, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and UK offshore locations.
Q3. What are your carriage charges?
- Web/App orders: Free over £95 (£8.95 if below)
- Phone/Email orders: Free over £150 (£8.95 if below)
- Scottish Highlands/Northern Ireland: Free over £200 (£20 if below)
- UK Offshore: Free over £500 (£20 if below)
- Minimum order value: £50 (orders below this cannot be processed)
Q4. Where is my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived next day, please check whether your item is eligible for next-day delivery under the product listing.
Some products do not ship from our central warehouse and will take longer to arrive. This includes items such as bespoke PMR labels, branded bags, and other made-to-order products.

Q1. What is your returns policy?
If you have ordered an item in error items can be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. You must cover the cost of shipping.
If items are damaged they must be reported to customer services within 3 days of delivery, we will refund any damaged goods.

Check expiry, category restrictions, or ensure items are eligible.
Q2. Why can’t I see prices?
You must be logged into a verified trade account. If you don't have a trade account you can visit our account registration page to get yourself setup.
Q. What are the Christmas ordering deadlines?
General Orders
• 23 December – Last day for next-day delivery.
• Orders placed 24 December – Delivered 29–30 December.
• Orders placed 31 December – Delivered 2 January.
• Orders placed 1–2 January – Delivered 6–7 January.
Bespoke PMR Labels
• Order by 12 December 2025 for pre-Christmas delivery.
• Orders placed after this date will be delivered week commencing 12 January 2026.
Pillbook MDS Trays
• Order by 22 December 2025 for pre-Christmas delivery.
Normal operations
• Regular operations resume Monday, 5 January 2026.
